Letter From A Friend, June 5 2003just has a flash... how about naming a spider after that thing that was running around India at night scaring people... chances are nobody'll know what it is but when they find out it might get some laughs..also had another screwy idea.. putting together home entertainment center PC systems... WinXP and Sony have something going but found some articles on the subject and there are a lot of components out there that'll make up a good system.. might have to sell thru a hi-fi store where they've got the big fancy TV's and speaker systems.. also saw an article in Computer Currents advising people to stay away from this kind of thing because it's a big hassle for the ordinary PC user.. therein lies the opportunity, most people can't do this.. don't know how big a deal this could be.. gotta try everything.. who knows.. something's gotta work.. by a part-time PI.. part-time computer geek.. part-time whatever else that can make some bread... went to a free seminar on technical analysis of stock trends... pretty interesting and eye opening... found out a lot about mistakes I'd made.. to late to do any good on that but for the future... |
