Clueless Movies"Zoolander" (PG-13, 90 minutes). Rating: One star.A comedy about a plot to assassinate the prime minister of Malaysia because of his opposition to child labor. Yes. And we wonder why some people hate America. Funny moments involving Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson as top male models (Stiller is brainwashed to perform the murder), and ruthless satire about the American fashion industry's dependence on child labor. But didn't it strike ANYBODY that it was in bad taste to name a real country with a real prime minister? To some degree, the movie's a victim of bad timing, although it found time enough to erase the World Trade Center from the New York skyline.
March 2002 - My as yet untitled movie script...
The whole drama of "Pearl Harbor" movie was entirely made up too. There was no such love affair going on at the time, and probably the rest was mostly fake too. Oh there was a problem with sinking some of our ships, no doubt about that. It was actually just a bunch of Muslim suicide bombers who passed through Japanese airport security and commandered the planes using Gillette straight edge shaving razors (box cutter knives hadn't been invented yet.) They were protesting the fact the jews were so spread out in the world it was difficult to easily and indiscriminately kill large groups of them without having to go through the hassle of buying airline tickets to go fly to where the jews were. We stopped that Jihad by promising to put the jews in their own small area, conveniently close to the arabs, within walking distance even, and we dropped a couple of a-bombs on Japan (it was conveniently close to where the bombs were developed in the Arizona (or was it Nevada, well it really doesn't matter) on the west coast. It was also a great way to get rid of the airports that Japan was refusing to upgrade security in.) The dropping of the bombs was also to show the Muslims what they could look forward to doing on their own to the jews in this new place, if only they would be good and sell us enough oil to accumulate enough money to buy some abombs on the black (or red) markets. Thank goodness, with the whole Sept 11 thing, now the story can finally be told.... And the moon landing too was one great hoax too. Go to http://www.waynegreen.com for more about that.
